Lead Inspections
The presence of lead in paint is an especially dangerous toxin to children under the age of six years. Severe health issues can arise in young children, particularly to their nervous system development, when lead is ingested from dust during painting, remodeling or deterioration. EPS Environmental Services will provide an Environmental Professional to inspect a property to identify and evaluate the condition of lead based paint. Our visual inspections will determine the location of lead hazards. Sampling of paint, dust and soil may also be performed, if necessary, to provide recommended abatement and management of lead hazards.
